Anxiety in mum

Sorry if this is long and jumbled. Let me give you some background first. I am a young mum to two special needs boys. Mr 5 has GDD, ASD, SPD and mr 3 has ASD & SPD. I had a rough childhood. Abusive parents, foster child for 15 years and abused by many different foster parents. Now my issue is now that I am a parent myself I suffer with anxiety that someone is going to hurt my children. Mr 5 started school this year & it was the hardest thing I've ever had to do. It's half way through the school year and I'm still struggling. Mr 3 is suppose to start school next year and I'm starting to get anxious about it. I'm terrified someone is going to hurt them or they will be bullied particularly because they are special needs. I don't trust anyone with my kids. They never get babysat and I struggle to even allow their own father (my partner) to look after them. Although he is understanding it's starting to take it's toll. I just don't know how to overcome this.

Time to go to your GP and discuss this with them. They can refer you to appropriate services wether that's psychologist or otherwise
