you may be on the wrong medication. It can take a few times to find the right one. I often feel that feeling when Im depressed (before my meds kick in). The one I usually take makes me feel light headed for about a week then I start feeling better. Go back to your dr before doing anything, depression isn't something you want to mess around with.
