Am I worrying for no reason?

Am I worrying for no reason?

My daughter is 6 months old.
At 4 months she rolled from her belly to her back about 8 times.
Now she doesn't roll at all! She has never rolled from back to belly, and she no longer rolls from belly to back.
She doesn't bare weight on her arms, she just pulls them into her side and balances on her belly while kicking her legs and getting angry.
She also doesn't bare any weight whatsoever on her legs. I have two older children, and I remember them baring weight on their arms and legs by this age.
She doesn't even try to hold her bottle either, not that it's important, but I would think by this age she would be helping me to hold it?
I'm not comparing, I'm honestly worried.
She has her 6 month old check and immunisation this week, so I will be discussing this with the health nurses.
I'm not sure what I'm asking, I'm just really worried. Or am I worrying roo soon?

She could be lazy, like my sister was. Seriously the most content baby I've ever seen to do NOTHING lol wouldn't know it now.
However you should always raise your concerns with doctors and health nurses. It may be nothing, it may be something, but yes I would be starting to become concerned as a parent too. How does she explore toys etc?? Will she hold a rattle or grip your fingers?

She does hold her toys and play with them.
Sometimes I have to put the toy in her hand, but that's very rare.
She does hold my fingers often and quite tightly.
I really am hoping that it is just laziness, but as the days go on, I'm starting to freak out about it more.

what happens if you don't hold the bottle? If you persevere with not holding for a feed will she try to do it? I'm not suggesting you do that on an ongoing basis, just curious. Some kids are just more content to let someone do the work.

Last night I was able to lock one arm against myself, and hold her other arm at the elbow and she held it for her entire feed, with my help.
She did ok ?
I guess my major concern though, is not baring weight on her legs and arms.

Definitely mention it at the appointment as the nurses know how to explore possible issues (make sure they don't dismiss it though) but don't be too worried. Try putting interesting toys in her eyeline when she does tummy time for her to reach for and explore. She will work it out, most kids do. Sounds like she is doing other things you'd expect them to do at this age. Mine was pretty chilled out too and was definitely at the later end of meeting certain milestones.

Yes talk to gp, it's not about comparing to what other kids can do, but you need to let them know if the baby is no longer doing something they did do. And you have concerns. Definitely raise it with a professional.
