Is AF confused this month?

Today is just another one of those confusing days that makes me want to cry, laugh and scream all at once. Partner and I are not trying but not stopping another bub and aren't using contraceptives.

I was due for my period on the 26/9..didn't show but I had been suffering from the "I need to pee a lot" feeling for over a week. Did a preg test - faint positive. on the 28th did another - negative this time and when I wiped there was a pink tinge figured it was my period an moved on but by the next afternoon it was all but gone. Not sure by now whats going on due to cramps, nausea and sore boobs I did another test on the 3/10 another faint line but woke up the next morning to watery red blood...very different to my usual AF visits. Thinking again that maybe im just losing it..moved on only to find that overnight the bleeding stopped and turned brownish (yes TMI). I already have a GP appointment but its later in the week and wanting to know others experiences with this. I am tired, sore, emotional and just plain confused about this my seeming dementia afflicted AF this month.
