My 4 year old girls behaviour is getting worse and worse each day and I don't know why .
She is so mean to her younger sister and on a daily basses will scream in her face punch her in the back push her over then try and comfort her she on numerous occasions picked up her sister and then dropped her on a table or corner of the wall. She won't listen at all you have to practically stand in front of her and wave your hands around to get 2 seconds of her attention then if she doesn't like what you have asked she will throw the biggest tantrum and scream in your face and throw things
I'm at my wits end I have no idea what to do
Time out doesn't work
Taking toys away/ throwing away doesn't work
Cutting out tv doesn't work
I'm wondering if she has got the family gene of either add or ADHD

This was my daughter. She is about to turn 4. I decided to ignore the bad behavior and really praise her good behavior. It has made a HUGE difference. She now goes out of her way to behave and do nice things for her sister, and to help me around the house. She cleaned her room without being asked which is a huge thing for her. When she gets praised she gets such a proud look on her face and this last week I have had many people tell me how well behaved she is.
