Hi, I posted a long time ago after the birth of my 2nd bub when I was struggling with my health. I got alot of guidance from Mums with the same health issues. So im going to ask again for anyone that has Spondylolysthesis..... Basically I would love to have another baby but not sure if i should risk it. I also have slight scoliosis & a pelvic tilt which puts pressure on the Spondy. My recovery after bub 2 was long and extremely painful. It was hard. I was fit and healthy before my back went on me after delivery. After 2.5yrs iv regained my strength. I still have times where my back only just gets me to the end of the day but all in all its 80% better then the day I first collapsed & I manage my pain well.
Is there any chance I can have another bub now I understand my limitations & I understand how to look after my spine? Would I have to have a C Section or maybe be able to deliver again naturally? Or do you think it might be a bad idea and result in it worsening and my vertebrae slipping further in my L5 S1? Which in turn would be a bad move for my family if im recovering. Thanks :-)

I think you need to take into account how much help you will need while pregnant. Who will look after the kids if hubby as at work and you need to rest etc?
