Im very over due to have my marina out. Its been like 7yrs or so. Do they offer pain relief now when they replace them. Iv been told that you get the green whistle. I wasn't awake when it was replaced last time as it was done during cervical extraction. Im freaking out cause the first one was not pleasant going in.

I had mine removed and it was nowhere near as bad as insertion. Just like a pap smear, gentle tug and it was gone. I did the same thing you did and delayed removal because it freaked me out. I need not have worried
