I need to find my son (8 year old) an alternative milk to dairy. I have tried in the past with no success. He loves his cow's milk and has too much daily. Is there something out there that is similar to cow's milk as he is fussy/sensory. He won't drink rice milk (too watery). Thank you.

Is he not allowed dairy at all, or simply having too much? If it's the latter, he may simply be looking for things to fill him up. Would he try a nice yoghurt, at least it has probiotics and would be more filling. You can also get the kids pouches. Or are your concerns that he does not drink water?
