Need information

I'm doing some research on mental health and the costs associated with seeing a psychiatrist. I plan to write to our members of state for nsw in regards to the lack of access too, and the costs associated to maintain sanity.
Information i hope ppl are willing to share are

*costs before Medicare and the refunded cost
*if your bulk billed
*How far do you travel in km's there and back
*do you live remotely, rural, semi rural, or in the city
*how often do you see your psych a year
*are you able to see your psych in an emergincy
*are your meds covered by the PBS (i don't need to know what meds)
