Advice needed!

My 10 year old daughter in year 5 has been coming home really upset on the days where she has this particular teacher.

She’s saying she’s being yelled at and spoken to in a voice that scares her and makes her feel sad and intimidated.

She will ask a friend for a highlighter or because she’s to scared to ask the teacher she will ask who’s next to her a question about the task .

Always being pulled up in front of the whole class it embarrasses her self much .

My daughter is a quitter soft natured child who has never had any issues in previous years with her teachers or behaviour in fact not once have we had any issues .

She and I now feel it’s targeting from the teacher but I don’t know why?

I don’t know how to approach this I’ve sent a very pointed email I’m hoping I don’t make it worse . I mean they teach kids not to bully !
