Needing advice, 39yr just found a red looking patch on my boob with a smallish lump under it, every now and then it let's off a tingling feeling, could this be a sign of breast cancer? I will be booking into a doc when I can.

I was diagnosed with triple negative breast cancer this time last year. I had 6 months of weekly chemo, double mastectomy, plus lymph nodes removal as it had spread there too, 15 days of daily radiation, and now I'm on daily chemotherapy for another year in tablet form four times a day as there was still active cancer cells in my pathology report.
Don't muck around with breast cancer as there are several different types, some more aggressive than others. Mine showed as a lump too with puckering in the breast .
Please get tested .
