Hey Sister period pain relief reviews?

Has anyone tried it? (It's called "Hey Sister" period pain relief) I can't find many reviews online...and yes I've been to the doctors, had about a thousand tests, done everything they have suggested including tried Ponstan and Naprogesic and been on every birth control imaginable and nothing has helped. I can't use a heat pack or TENS machine at work and they don't like prescribing me too many pain killers so I'm looking at other options

*Edit*
Really would appreciate comments from people who have tried this product. Not really wanting every comment to be suggesting things I've already tried. Thank you 😊

Mirena? No periods equals no period pain, push through the first few months and see if it stops your periods. That or hysterectomy.

I was bleeding non stop on the Mirena for 3 months before I got it taken out because I couldn't take it anymore. They won't give me a hysterectomy because of my age.

The mirena doesn't stop periods for everyone.
It didn't stop them for me either.
Neither did EBF which I was told by a midwife that it would 🤔

I have adenomyosis and mirena is a life saver if you can get past the first 6 months, after that it is fine for most people. If you're in that much pain its worth persevering.

Sorry but I just can't do that to myself again. I have a full time job and kids in school, one is a teenager who needs to go a thousand places. If I only had little kids I might but I can't be bleeding non stop for 6 months and putting my body through all that again. I wouldn't be able to function. I'm glad it worked for you though.

Well it definitely wasn't as bad as Adenomyosis so it wasn't hard.

OP have you had cysts or fibroids? If so, the mirena will make it worse and it will make you more likely to bleed heavier instead of lighter like it's supposed to.

Lifestyle and dietary changes is the only thing that has helped me. Diagnosed with endometriosis 16 years ago, a couple of surgeries (couldnt remove much becuase of the organs mynuterus is now binded to) heaps of trial and error with pills with no luck and if anything more problems. Life changer.

I already eat really well and I exercise heaps as I used to be overweight. I have kept off the weight for years. It honestly hasn't helped at all with my period pain, sadly. That's why I'm seeing if this option may be good.

Sorry, I didn't realise that was the name of a product 🤦‍♀️. I haven't used this product, but I had a look at the active ingredient monograph on a program i use for uni and it thins the endometrial lining. Anything herb related I'd book in to see someone who knows about them like a herbalist or naturopath.
All the best!

Be wary of herbal medicines, they can affect the liver.

I know :( I feel I've put my body through enough just with all the different types of birth control I've tried. I wish they'd just give me a hysterectomy!

I had 4 kids and was told by my Dr not to have more due to complications with my youngest but was also told I couldn't get my tubes done because I was too young. Umm make it make sense lol.

Sorry to hear about your period pain! We hear stories like these all the time.

In full disclosure, I am the Marketing Manager of Hey Sister! Though our official launch was just last month, Hey Sister! is the culmination of a decade's worth of dedication and innovation, leading to approval by the TGA as plant-based period pain and PMS relief.

We understand that period symptoms and pain levels vary greatly from person to person, which is why we always encourage consulting with a healthcare professional for personalised advice. That said, we're thrilled to offer additional support through our in-house naturopath, Jade Walker. Jade has personal experience managing Endometriosis; after taking 17 years to be diagnosed, she'll be hosting a webinar this Wednesday at 6pm AEST, focusing on navigating Endometriosis. I hope you can join her for this webinar: https://courses.jadewalker.com.au/nail-your-endo-masterclass.

A little about us: Our key ingredient, Khaya Senegalensis, has been used for centuries in traditional herbal medicine for pain relief. It has potent anti-inflammatory and antioxidant properties and prebiotic benefits that support rather than deplete gut flora. We also have an FAQ page where you can learn more about our product https://heysister.com/pages/faqs

We're also proud to share some reviews from our community both on Google and our website. If you're interested in trying out Hey Sister! here is an exclusive 20% discount with the code HSP20 for you or your friends to try our product. If you do, I would love for you to come back here and tell us your honest feedback. I hope i've been helpful.

If you have any other questions, please email me or DM us on your preferred platform. Tasch@heysister.com

I have ordered some but it hasn’t arrived even though the email from Australia Post says it was delivered. I got several emails and texts from Hey Sister asking did i receive my products and everytime i have replied with no the email bounces back to me saying undeliverable 🤷🏼‍♀️
There is no phone number and I have left a message on their website asking for them to make contact with me.

Not looking good at this point in time.

Did you end up purchasing any and having any luck with them?
