Hi mummas.
I'm finally cracking. I'm in pain all the time. I live with it daily. I have Endometriosis, painful bladder syndrome. I have a disk in my lower back that's a little out from a horse riding accident. I now have developed burcitus in my hips. I'm not even 30.
My drs won't prescribed me any pain meds. Other than panadol which doesn't help.
Im wondering of there is any help out there to try and cope with the pain etc. Or what paths there are i can go down.
Thank you kindly

If your bursitis doesn't resolve with rest, there are injections you can have in your hips that do really help. It's not a painkiller as such.
If your GP isn't very understanding find a new one. You may need to build a relationship over time to get proper treatment unfortunately. If you are in a situation where you dont see the same GP on an ongoing basis that can make it difficult for them to really understand the situation.
You could ask for referrals to specialists for your individual issues (gyno for endo etc) and see if that leads to better options for you.
I suggest another GP. Women's pain is often ignored. I've been there & had to find my own solution. This has to change!!
Anyway, find another GP, build that relationship and work with them. I'd suggest a pain management specialist but, unfortunately, I had the same dismissive experience.
I have endo and a herniated disc. Found a lot of relief with exercise and dietary changes. I have not had any pain Killers for 6 years for either problem. My suggestion would be to book in with any practitioner that could guide you through something the same or similar. The changes won't happen over night, if you're committed and consistent, it could make all the difference.
Try traditional Chinese medicine and an osteopath
