It has been recommended that I undertake an autism assessment. I’m 90% sure im autistic and only get assessed for ndis reasons. But im just wondering how in depth are the questions they ask? Like do they delve into intimate relationships, drug use etc. there is a reason im asking this that I don’t feel comfortable disclosing but yeah if anyone has had one before and could advise it would be greatly appreciated.

My 26 yr old son just had one. He has autism 1 & 2. The majority of it was an IQ test and scenario re-enactments. They will also send questionnaires to those who know you well, like your parents, for details on how you were as a child so it's more accurate. The tests are about $5k.
I have conducted adult assessment. To be honest the best source of information was from childhood. Females are better at masking symptoms in general and especially as they age. Do not worry about disclosure as you are able to simply reply with 'I would prefer not to answer'. You do not have to consent to answer all questions and while relationships are a good indicator, we do not need the ins and outs of every relationship, moreso the overall difficulties/challenges e.g. I find I often struggle in social situations. Just be open with the assessor about not wanting to disclose :)
