If its just a bulk lot of clothes it should be easy to sell locally on fb buy and sell. If its more expensive items that you want to sell individually it might be hard to sell locally and nobody likes using postage for fb marketplace because there's no real safe way of doing that for either party. Which is why Ebay is good. So my advice is sell your more expensive stuff on ebay and your everyday clothes locally on fb.
