I'm a curvy girl. I found my renovator was quite a great lady who worked initially in a salon then opened her own business out of the comfort of her home. It felt less confronting and I felt supported.
The problem is, I'm in VIC. I know you've asked anonymously here because you are potientally shy about your appearance but maybe put a request for services locally on your local Facebook community pages and outline your needs.
I found that people were especially helpful during covid lockdowns. My son got his highschool year 10 placement there, I gave away 20 kgs of dog food my dogs snubbed to someone who lost their job. I found my sons VCE tutor there too.

This could be traumatising for young women to wax someone who's obese, so seek out a mature age waxer in a mixed salon or a single mature age business owner home Salon. Just call around and ask.
My daughter is 23 and a beauty therapist and these type of clients are distressing for her. That'll change in time. She's heard awful stories of the look and the smell of large women downstairs and shes not ready for that yet.
Please don't take what I said as an attack as it's not my intention.
Then this is not the line of work for her. This is ridiculous and offensive

Student nurses are exposed to all sorts of bodies and conditions during their first clinical placement. It's confronting BUT you do it and I think you are doing your daughter a disservice by suggesting the original poster go find someone who you believe is much more preferable to your sensitivities.
Don't listen to the woman saying that you could traumatise young women. Not seeing a variety of shapes and sizes limits life experience. Fat shaming while telling you to not be offended....lol.
