Lol, no. Unfortunately Centrelink isn't seen as income even tho it is money. Ridiculous really.

Try it and see, it's not what the income is, it's how much total.
Maybe talk to them before you apply, any knock backs for credit will affect your credit rating.
I couldn't get a $1000 loan while on Centrelink so I doubt it.
Not likely, you can go in and ask but I wouldn't recommend having them put in an application unless they're certain you're going to get it.

I'd suggest a financial counsellor instead, maybe freezing that zippay if they can under the hardship clause so it doesn't keep growing and chipping away at it.

No. ZipPay and Afterpay are a nightmare. Try to avoid those things and same day high interest pay day loans at all costs.
Pay off the zippy asap by not getting a loan. If you're hoping for 10k loan, just buy a new car. Dot get a loan to pay off a car that needs to be fixed.
