I’m not going to go into specifics on here, but I am burnt out with home circumstances and my job that absolutely cannot be changed.

I think getting little things done that have been hovering around for ages starts to clear the mind so the bigger things start to feel more doable. Also getting everything decluttered and chucking out everything that is not serving a purpose.
Stop doing so much for others just stop doing so much around the house. Let others do more. Take a walk around the block each afternoon by yourself or along the beach or where ever. Hot bath before bed. Massage
Once a fortnight or month. Force for yourself to do things for you. Take away to save cooking a few nights a week.
2 things.
Self care. It can be big (an hour massage, facial etc) or little (10 mins with a clay face mask). Do it. Regularly. Give yourself that something to look forward to.
Goals. Make them small and achievable. That feeling afterwards is invigorating.
I completely burnt out and was no good to anyone. I am only just recovering.
I would be making sure you get adequate sleep, eating healthy meals where possible, go for a walk or just sit in the sunshine. Do not add in anything that will create more stress.
I also started listening to guided meditation to help me sleep.
I hope you avoid getting to where I did but my job was high volume, high stress and in an industry that is supposed to be about helping people 😖 I am now rethinking my whole career choice.
Small changes…. lunch breaks, eating well, making sure get sleep- if you have troubles with sleep get some advice… doesn't suffer x
