Can anyone please describe to me what they started experiencing when entering perimenopause?
Can you be in perimenopause if your period is still regular?
I’m feeling very unlike myself (definitely not pregnant). I’ve gained a bit of weight around the middle, I’m quite emotional, I’m very irritable, my ADHD symptoms are worse, and I’m extra tired.
*FBC normal but hormones not done yet.

Get a full bloods check up Hun just to rule out anything unrelated. I hit menopause early at 46. I'm 51 now and still have had no symptoms, no weight gain, no mental changes, and no other physical side effects noted. Not everyone suffers thru the change, but it does help to get some check ups so you know what your new normal is and what to do to ease the effects, if it is, in fact, peri meni.
Weight gain that used to shift, now near impossible to get rid of. Waking up in the night covered in sweat. Increased anxiety usually a couple of weeks before period oddly which just goes away on its own. Hair loss. Mood swings which have decreased along with the night sweats. Still have period but it is lighter/shorter. Joined the Happy Hormones fb group which has been helpful.
