We are suffering mice, roaches and ants due to the teens leaving food around in their rooms.

I have a blanket no food outside the kitchen/living/dining area. And you clean up your crumbs & mess before wandering away.
So no food in bedrooms or second lounge room.
This applies to everyone, regardless of age.
We have a strict no eating drinking in rooms. Do they listen ....? Nope..... Do they care they have and and mice .....? Yes... But will they stop doing it .....? No
If my teen causes rodents/ants etc they would also be responsible for paying for the pest guy.
