I’m 33 this year and can’t seem to lose weight. It’s like it just won’t budge no matter what I do BUT I am getting fitter?
I do daily walks which include a significant uphill incline and also have weights and an indoor bike, each one I’m getting better at. However, I started the year at 78kg (I’m very short, 150cm) and I’m currently sitting at 77kg.
Snacking is VERY limited and I generally track what I eat (1500 calories) with 2L of water a day. I know it’s harder to lose weight at this age but I was wondering if it might actually be an issue within my body? Has anyone else experienced this?

I've stopped weighing myself and just do measurements. I have string that i cut to waist size, legs, arms and use those as markers to see if I'm losing weight where i want to.
Get thyroid tested. I started on ozempic for the kick start that I couldn’t budge on and doing amazing now.
It's very likely, muscle.
Check your measurements! Go by how your clothes fit.
I weight 10 kgs heavier even though I’m the same measurements.
