Kids cholesterol healthy food ideas

My daughter has a medical condition and I have been advised that it is very important to watch her cholesterol.

I am taking her to a dietician in 3 weeks but , would love to get some helpful advice and hear from others, what foods are good for lowering cholesterol and keeping her level healthy.

I know that fruit and vegetables are fantastic but any other advice or info, would be appreciated. Any stand out fruit or vegetables that are better than others? Any fresh juices? Smoothies? anything?

I get so confused when it comes to bread and whole grains. I have googled different ideas which leaves me even more confused. I will be calling the heart foundation for tips too.

My daughter is a healthy eater but it’s a topic that I need to learn more about. Sometimes what I think is healthy, isn’t as good as I think.

If you have any cholesterol friendly snack ideas, best bread to use, snack and breakfast ideas, I would love some help with this topic.

TIA

Increase healthy fats, so avocados, olive oil for cooking, olive spread instead of butter. Nuts, having a mind blank but some are better than others.

I know oats are good for lowering cholesterol because (I think) it helps remove the build up in arteries. I googled and got this-
Oatmeal contains soluble fiber, which reduces your low-density lipoprotein (LDL) cholesterol, the "bad" cholesterol. Soluble fiber is also found in such foods as kidney beans, Brussels sprouts, apples and pears. Soluble fiber can reduce the absorption of cholesterol into your bloodstream.
And here is a link to a list of foods that lower cholesterol-

The dietitian will be great for this, they explain the groups and help you choose what to add or substitute in your current meals so that it works for you and your kids. Mine went over what oil I use, what snacks I eat, how I eat too, like times and amounts of meals and snacks.
I decided to add fish once a week, to choose lean meats like chicken breast and thigh and cut down processed meat like mince and sausages. And to use half the meat and add chick peas or beans or lentils to it. High cholesterol foods that I need to cut back on are baked good and processed meats like pies, sausage rolls, pastries and cakes, nuggets, burgers.
