I am a single mother of 4 and work in a full on job as a child and adolescent psychologist specialising in acute trauma (over 15 years). I will have ONE precious week to myself in June. I just want to be on my own with no one else to feed or clean up after. I am looking for suggestions on where i could stay in Australia for a peaceful week on my own...close to the ocean, desert, or rainforest. I dont care where it is or the cost. A little cabin, tee pee or lighthouse would suit me well. This has been 18 years in the making xx

Look up retreats. I look them up in my free time and dream. There are soooo many.
I dont want to be around people just for a week
No they’re secluded places. Like the mouse house rainforest retreat.

If I was you, I’d do a week in Bali in a tree house in Ubud. They have the most amazing place to stay there and Ubud is so beautiful. Seen as though you want Australia though I’d probably go somewhere like El Questro in the NT or one of the less busy islands off of the QLD coast.
Or cedar creek rainforest retreat, eden retreat, Gwinganna, Byron Bay Hinterland.
Hire a camper. There's camp grounds on hip camp with very large allotments and not many of them.
Some I've been looking at but haven't stayed are;
Earth and Soul at Stanthorpe.
Spicers Peak Lodge at Maryvale.
Longitude in the NT (sell a kidney for that one).
If it's just a week of nothing you want then I would pick the fanciest hotel in your nearest city. Then you know you literally have to do nothing it can all be brought to your room, the wifi should be great and if you feel like spoiling yourself then you won't be far from high end shopping and some great salons. You sound like you deserve a good spoiling, go big!
I'd go on a cruise ! Everything!!! Is organised for you , you can be involved with the events on board or just be a sloth by the pool or In your room
Go to Noosa or Port Douglas - you only have a week so don’t waste time spending hours on a flight or in an airport. Go and get a nice apartment on Hastings St Noosa (walk everywhere, right on beach, great places to eat) or Macrossan St Port Douglas. Choose a place with a great pool as sometimes you don’t always want the beach. Both offer great weather, my pick would be Noosa. Enjoy yourself.

This place is absolutely amazing. The on-site restaurant is divine and the peace is like nowhere else I’ve been. Absolutely felt relaxed and at peace here. Cannot recommend enough!
We just went to daydream island. It was bliss.

Look up Ripples on the Creek. We stayed for 3 nights and had the most wonderful experience
