I binge at night. Im in therapy and today my therapist said I need to find something to do at night that brings comfort and relaxation.
So I watch tv at night or read but I want to binge eat with these two activities.
Looking for suggestions on something to keep my hands busy while watching tv that is relaxing.
I've thought about coloring, sewing, croxhet and knitting.
Anything else?
I have young kids so I can't leave the house at night (for
Like the gym). Has to be at home and away from the kitchen

Scrapbooking. Long stitch. Otherwise you’ve listed everything else I would have suggested.
Find comfort in a cup of tea. I’m a binge eater. I drink a big bottle of water and have a cup of tea which seems to curb the hunger/need for binge. Put candles on, incense and meditate. Finding other hobbies is the way to help. I found since I put more time into things such as face routine, decorating and enjoying self love products, it’s easier. Highly recommend Bopo women. Enjoy a skin routine and putting love into yourself.
Have you thought about doing a jigsaw puzzle, to conquer the food cravings.
