Can anyone suggest a good weight loss shake to take in the mornings and night that doesn't cause an upset stomach during the day/at work.
Optifast, isn't an option.

Depends what's upsetting your stomach. What are the side effects you're getting and do you know what ingredient in the shakes you've had cause it?
I can't have protein shakes or other products that contain sweeteners like sorbitol, maltitol or stevia because they give me the runs. I had to get samples of the shakes and try them to see what I liked and what agreed with me.
Up and go. It’s high in protein, easy, low cal, filling for sustained time and tastes fine.
That’s if you must. I think it’s better to get into the routine of eating, especially breakfast and lunch. Do muesli or porridge with fruit. Or raisin toast with nut butter. Something to fill you and fuel you. Your body will work better and you won’t feel as hungry in the late afternoon/teatime.
I LOVE up and go's but someone at work told me (after seeing me drink one) that their full of sugar and won't help kick the kgs at all.
No idea how true it is caus I'm terrible at understanding that health labels haha
Very true. Look at the label on the back. I think its 5g/ml per 100g/ml of sugar is considered low sugar
None. They're all full of sugar
I can recommend not trying the lady shake! It was horrendous. I was also in a fb support group for it and sooo many ladies gave up because of the chronic constipation and gas pain. It didn't seem to matter how much metamucil we drank. I don't think I'll ever do another diet shake again.
Before that I used to buy the shake packets from aldi they were good taste and I didn't have alot of side effects and they were so cheap compared to the other ones
Instead of a shake, try a ready made meal
Plan.
I did the shakes for months (you name
It, I’ve tried it!) and it’s all short term loss. I lost 2 kilos in 2 months with lady shake, and I weighed 95kilo to start with.
I’m now doing muscle chef, and it’s pricey (same as lite n easy, cheaper if I make the meal plan myself) and in 2 weeks I’ve lost 1.8kilo.
I am now walking daily (20 mins usually).
Turns out, I wasn’t calorie counting properly, so having meals sorted means I make progress.
I’ve changed the meal plan to do it yourself style so next week is cheaper as I’ve added lots of soups.
Good luck.
