You need a good dermatologist.
Different people react differently to treatments.
I had to wash then dry skin thoroughly, then epi-derm cream before bed and in the morning I had a mixture of moisturisers. I’m lucky my skin has kind of grown out of it, but I still keep well hydrated and use moisture creams before bed.
KP is usually caused by a build up of keratin in the skin, usually from being too dry, so by showering and ensuring I was completely dry got rid of the extra keratin and natural oils, then I was replacing with moisturisers.
But definitely see a dermatologist, they’re amazing and will point you in the right direction and save you a ton of money in “trying” crappy products and show you what ingredients to look out for, so if you can’t afford their brands you can find something almost as good in the supermarket.
Goodluck.
