Staying on top of everything

Hello, quick question how does everyone stay on top of everything, I have a large family and I feel like everyday it’s something new I have a running todo list. But I just noticed I forgot important appointments and immunisation days seem so busy I’m forgetting important things how do you stay ontop of all the to do an appointments ? Thanks

Alarms on my phone.
For appts, one the day before the appt and another 2 hours before.

I use my Google calendar. I put appointments as 'Events', and reminders to do things (including make appointments!), social meetups, kids activities etc. You can make recurring events as well.

I put the information in as soon as I have it - even if it's to make a vaccine appointment next year.

I put reminder alarms for a set time before the appointment/event that gives me plenty of notice to prep to leave & get there.

For general, small to-do daily things, e.g. around the house, I use a Google keep list.

Lists, I have a whiteboard calendar/planner and phone alarms. I plan for the month, week and then make a written list for the day if there’s lots on.

Alarms and priority. Appointments and important things come first. Set alarms and I write things in my notes on my phone.

100% utilise the alarms on your phone.
I dedicate Sunday evening to checking what needs to be done the following week. I write EVERYTHING in a large diary near my front door. I then have a large white board that i use to write what i’m doing that weeks and what times. I set the alarms in my phone to go off on multiple occasions to remind me. I also set alarms for bills to make sure i’ve moved money into the right accounts.
