Contact the uni that you would like to get your degree with. They will be able to give you all of the correct information. Most have a pathways or foundation course that you can do
Google is your friend. All the unis have this info online, and they include alternate pathways to courses, minimum requirements etc.
Mature-age students can get accepted on different criteria, it probably matter if you didn't finish Yr 10 or 12, you may have to do some pre-study or bridging courses to get in but it's definitely possible.
Speak to some midwives as well, if you can, though. There's several possible pathways to midwifery, including completing a nursing degree first then completing the midwifery qualification, or doing midwifery straight up. There are some who say that doing nursing first helps with employment opportunities (I think that's something to do with the ability to administer meds which is part of nursing) but it would depend on where you're aiming to practise once qualified.
Good luck! You'll be an amazing midwife, I'm sure.
