No giving out secrets of the trade (and calling it a trade is an insult to tradespeople). They didn't ask for help with content. I'd hazard a guess they've just started looking into it and wondered if there were any shortcuts to starting up ie having your ABN first, not asking how anyone makes money out of it.

Treat it like a business, keep your product consistent, stick to a theme, know what the value of your product is don't overprice it, promote it where possible and make customers want to come back for more.
