Hi I had an iron transfusion yesterday, today I feel horrible. I have a headache I can’t shake an have so much pelvic pressure i can bearly walk I’m 33 weeks today, I’ve had some braxton hicks that put pressure into my bottom but aren’t bad. Question is I know they said a headache is a side effect but how do u get rid of it pandol has done nothing and I can’t take nurofen :( all I wanna do is lay in a dark room. Thanks
Should also add ive rang them, and said it was normal I’m 2 hours away from the hospital

Drink lots of water and get a massage if possible. Lay in the bath and take some pressure off. If the headache doesn’t go in 24 hours then you need to go back. Monitor your blood pressure for pre eclampsia also. Any swelling or higher bp get to hosp asap
