I’ve been under a decent amount of stress/worry lately in the last 2 weeks. Now my belly has constant knots. You know when you get super nervous and your belly gets funny. It’s like that but nearly constantly. I’ve just noticed it when I started to get stressed/worried. How does everyone destress? I’ve been eating the rescue remedy but they don’t help. Any advice appreciated. Thankyou

I’ve never found rescue remedy helpful. I find doing something physical good, even better if I have to concentrate hard on that activity. Something like a boxing class, PT session, going for a fast run. Anything slow allows me too much time to think about what is stressing me.
I do find once I break the intensity of the stress practicing mindfulness really helps, cause I can’t exercise 24/7
I have anxiety and the only thing that really works for me (other than meds) is breathing techniques.
There's a triangle one that's my preferred, but if you google, you'll find plenty (I can't post the pic here for you).
I have just found ASMR on YouTube. For whatever reason that really relaxes me.
