Help for me a will seems to completed
Please be kind no judgement needed
I live in NSW
I'm married between my husband and I we have 4 grown up children none that are interested in working no children together husband has 3 children and I have 1. 1 of the kids are estranged.
How do you divide your assets between a blended family?
We have 2 investment properties both mortgaged which the grown up children don't know about plus the house that we live in also mortgaged children obviously know about the house that we live in.
We like to dabble in real estate buying and selling. Would we have to change our will everytime we brought and sold property?
Thank you so any advice.

A good solicitor is worth the $$ when it comes to stuff like this.
I'm minimally experienced in this type of thing, but it seems that when you're talking about complex blended assets, you need professional advice and solid plans so that, should anything happen, you're both covered.
We are separating our assets so his kids get his assets that he had before we got together and my kids will get mine and my inheritance when my parents pass. This is what we are going to do of our own regardless of what we are entitled to when one of us dies. If you want it set up properly so all the kids are going to benefit regardless who dies first then see a lawyer.
