Family counselling

My fiance and I are having some major issues that we are trying to work through. We both want this to work and are prepared to put in the hard work, but we need help. I have children and he doesn't and doesn't understand kids of today. He has tried really hard and was doing really well and the kids have got really comfortable with him and have started the back chat etc. One is 10 and one 13 and on the autism spectrum. They live worh me one week and their father one week which works well.
Does anyone have any experience of some sort of counselling we could benefit from. I do t want relationships Australia, I'd rather a specific counsellor for our issues. We are happy to pay privately as this is something we both want and want to work. We are all in. Any advice would be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance.

Ppp parenting classes, for him. This is one of those things I think that if he doesn’t get it then it just fundamentally doesn’t work and your role as parent is to let it go.
