Never experienced anything like this before.
Friday, my nose starts to get runny. Weekend nose is worse now Monday, I'm 10x worse and my throat is sore again.
Why aren't I getting better?
This is by the worse cold I've gotten and I'm normally one to get better within a few day's.

Covid? Took me 3 weeks to recover.
It sounds more like a flu than a cold. Take Armaforce (from pharmacy) these tablets are amazing! Rest and drink plenty of fluids and let your body ride it out. It can take weeks to recover from flus!
Sometimes one particular virus can eff you up for awhile. I would have said I was super heathy before I got some random virus in my 20s, it took sooo long for me to feel better.
Covid just been through it. Go get a PCR done

i didnt get a covid test because i work from home, but i probably had it.
you might have it too, it seems to linger unlike other colds where recovery is linear.
Your Dr saw you for a sore throat without a COVID test? I’m assuming this cause you haven’t mentioned it? Go get a full respiratory PCR- they are doing them together with COVID tests now. If negative back to the GP…
