Hi can anyone recommend a good size and good quality thermo flask that I can send to school for my kids, with a warm lunch.
I have looked at some but they seem quite small. Hoping to get one around 450-500 ml size. Also what do other parents put in theirs, for their kids.
Any websites or recommendation would be great. Thanks

Noodles, pasta, meatballs/sausages, fried rice is what I usually see in them.
We've got one from Big W. It was a little pricey at $40 but it works brilliantly. I think it was the proper Thermos brand one.
It comfortably holds a pack of noodles, a can of soup etc. We put literally anything in it that needs to keep warm, sausage rolls, nuggets, potato gems and chips, pasta, mini hotdog sausages, leftovers.
Not sure of your children's ages, but as a teacher, please make sure your child can open this themselves. Some have a really strong vacuum seal and I've had kids go without because no one could screw the lid off!
That's a very good point!
It's also worth remembering that boiling water for noodle and heated soups etc will stay very hot in a good quality thermos so burns could potentially be an issue with younger kids too.
