My DD 14, has been passing out since she was as about 10, had it investigated at the time by a pead and they thought it was
Migraine related.
She does get migraines/headaches at least monthly but I am not convinced they are linked.
There is no apparent or logical reason for the passing out, it can be just when she stands, if she sick, doing her hair, having needles, flashing lights etc, sight of blood sometimes has a large vomit too, she is clammy, heart rate is slow. We are in the process of doing some more investigations (bloods, mri, eeg, heart monitor etc) anyone else had experienced anything like this?
She is eating, no history of anything she is normal healthy active young girl, no family history of any medical conditions either

It does sound linked to me, maybe she’s low in something or not eating properly either not enough or eating something that triggers it, so she’s weak and also prone to migraines.
Could be vasovagal syndrome.
I had this in early high after routine immunisation and it lasted a few years and eventually self resolved. Had multiple tests, for things like long qt syndrome, which were all unremarkable. That was my experience though, could be many things that causes these symptoms. Best see what tests tell you. Best of luck to you and your daughter, can be scary and frustrating while waiting for diagnosis.
