I have an s20 and it's a fantastic phone. My husband has the next model up (s21) and his camera seems to be better than mine.
I used to have a Note and it was amazing, it ran more like a small laptop than a phone which was great as I use my phone alot for work but unfortunately couldn't afford the cost of a Note this time around.
I suppose it depends what you will mostly be using it for, and what your budget is. But if you want 'the best' then just get the newest model out
