Needing help with suggestions on things to help with my mood and lack of energy. I’ve been to my gp had all my bloods checked. I just find I struggle so much with no energy and being tired. I’m getting plenty of sleep. I hate being cranky all the time.

Are you getting quality sleep? Are you depressed? It’s incredible how that can affect you. Do you get time for yourself and do things you enjoy? Try a long fast walk in the morning and that might give you energy for the day, and it’s enjoyable to get out in the fresh air.
And how is your nutrition? Are you eating well or fueled by coffee? That makes a huge difference
Thus is me 😩 my poor kids. I got an antidepressant which seemed to help with the mood and agitation.
