Please Help this tired Mumma with some energy tips

any mummas out there who feel exhausted, mentally and physically daily.

Do any of you have some tips or information on how to bounce back and get some energy. I’m sick of waking up tired and struggling.

Bloods are good iron slightly lower but that’s it, working on that. Please hit me with your best tips, meals, supplements, anything that has helped you . I need to find something to bounce back from this. Why do I feel so old at 41

Water!! Make sure you drink 2l a day. Are you sure there isn't another reason you are tired? Sleep apnea? Sinus issues?

I’ve started going for walks every morning. It was a huge effort at first but now I’m starting to enjoy it and found I feel much better and have more energy the days I go

I have recently started taking vitamins and a few herbal tablets. I am feeling really good now, I was so fatigued a few months ago I was also feeling depressed but I don't like medication I think they zap the life out of me. Herbal supplements are cenovis energise and relax. Vitamins that I think are helping with fatigue are iron, vitamin D and vitamin B. Vitamin B takes a beating during times of stress.

Probiotic (gut health), Executive B (stress support) and exercise. I know it's hard to get the motivation but it's true that once you get past the first few weeks it gets easier.

I find the days I get up and exercise first up in the morning are the days I have more energy to get through the day.
