I get so much nerve pain and don’t know what else to do. I’ve had scans and Drs keep throwing me off with more medication, which do nothing, except gain weight on me.
Sleeping in the wrong position, the nerves down my spine hurt. Is this normal. How do I reduce this.? Certain sleeping positions? Is this only me, who gets this.? I feel like i am going crazy. I don’t know what else to do. I am sick of being handed tablets. It’s definitely worse at night time with sleeping positions.
Does anyone else get widespread nerve pain. Dr thinks mine is cause by a food intolerance. So confused by it all and what to do next. I will be getting a nerve block done soon. Specialist told me that I have fibromyalgia also. Is that a symptom? Tia

If you want something different you need to try something different. Try and osteopath, traditional Chinese medicine, a natropath. If they think it's intolerances try an elimination diet to narrow it down. I'd be trying everything before nerve blocks.
Chiropractor and a good massage therapist. Consider having dry needling done (massage therapist). Possibly a Kinesiologist. And a referral to a pain specialist. Look into getting CBD oil.
I have horrendous nerve damage in my left arm, leg and spine that causes significant pain. Most Doctors are a complete waste of time. They just give medication to mask the problem not fix it. My sister has nerve pain in her spine so bad she couldn't walk. CBD has been her life saver. My massage therapist and chiropractor have been mine. Good luck ox
Please go and get tested for ankylosing spondylitis. I had what I thought was nerve pain but it was AS. It’s a blood test.
Pain is worse when laying down and sleeping. Push for the test
