Helloo.
I was just wondering if anyone has experienced slimey saliva behind their teeth....It feels slimey all the time...My tongue is always drawn to it and i find myself sucking it dry as its so annoying...I always clean my teeth day and night and also use mouth wash.
I have been to the Drs to check for auto immune issues,I don't get reflux or intergestion...I have been to a mouth specialist and he thinks it is in my head..
It's definitely not..
It is very annoying as i feel it is making me feel sick.
Anyone have this issue..its driving me crazy..
Thanks

Allergies? Medications? Dehydration? Dry mouth (which can be indicative of another issue)? Alcohol or tobacco use? Certain food or drink? It could be the simplest thing. I wouldn't completely dismiss the possibility of it being psychological.
I would try upping your water intake, frequent sips.
I just felt the back of my teeth with my tongue and it does have kind of a slimy feel, but I think that's normal for wet teeth? It could be that anxiety has made you think it's something else. See a dentist to be sure!
