My head burns with a headache burning pain after eating certain foods, hard to pin point what exactly. Could this be an intolerance of some sort? What are the main intolerances? Lactose, gluten?
My Dr tells me to try an elimination diet or low fod map. Not as easy as it sounds. After info of anyone who may experience an intolerance or similar to this.
I have been tested for all everything. Nothing has showed. So there isn’t a need to tell me to get this or that test done, Thanks . I’ve done it all.

Any signs or symptoms?
Keep a diary of everything you eat and drink every day. High light the meals or drinks where symptoms have started after eating/drinking. Then look closely at the ingredients in those meals and or drinks. You can then make connections between those meals and drinks that have common ingredients and eliminate those ingredients. Have you seen a dietitian? They will be able to help you with an elimination or low fodmap diet, to ensure you are still getting all the vitamins and minerals you need and in the quantities you need.
