I’ve just landed a new job. It’s amazing and I’m very excited. I have worked for the family business up until now which allowed for school drop off and pick up. Now my new role is a full day meaning an 8 hour day plus it will take me an hour to and from work. My littlest love is in kindy so that’s fine she will need to just do a few extra hours. My older daughter turns 6 tomorrow she is in prep. I need a before and outside school care for her but I cannot find anything available. There is only one oshc which is apart of the school and they are completely full. I’ve tried calling everything other place in the area and there is nothing. My next thought would be possibly hiring a nanny? Where would I even look for this and how can I make sure that they are safe and trust worthy…?
