This is probably a tricky and common question, but how much screen time do you allow with your teenagers? And, how do you police it?..
No judgement here, as I current have very minimal rules with this.

My gorgeous step son just turned 14. I’m greatly concerned with the amount of screen time he consumes. As is his dad and mum. Together we aren’t sure how to tackle it, as screens are such a huge part of teen lives. We just do our best to get him out and about and off the screen where possible, encouraging alternatives such as the driving range with dad, Mum took him camping recently, mini golfing, the beach etc
It’s hard work as he fights it so hard and with the weather getting cooler and wetter, we aren’t too sure what it will be like.
I guess I am just trying to say, you’re not the only one, I empathise with you
