My 6 year old daughter has started smelling of BO whilst sweating. She is a little overweight too which is odd as our family members are slim with high metabolism. She has little boobs too which I think is due to her being overweight. I'm a little worried though. Has anyone else experienced this? Just wondering can it be normal or could it be something underlying. Thank you

I'd talk to a dr about your worries. I will say this can be connected to thyroid issues.
Sweat drying on the skin is what creates BO smells, so I wouldn't be super worried about a sweaty kid smelling like a sweaty kid, unless she seems to be sweating excessively or if she's sweating at times you wouldn't expect sweatiness (eg, while she's at rest or after a very small amount of activity).
I would consider seeing a GP though to rule anything out, such as a hormonal imbalance or even things like precocious puberty.
What's her diet and fitness levels like? It might be worth looking into that as well, just because your family is slim and have high metabolisms, she's not genetically guaranteed to follow suit.
