Apologies if this question has been asked before but what is a great multivitamin to take? I’ve just started trying to get on top of my health and wanted to add multivitamins. Thankyou

Why do you feel you need a multi? Just wondering if you've been advised that you're lacking in what that multivitamin can provide, or whether you've fallen for the clever marketing of the multivitamin companies and you're about to set yourself up for some very expensive urine.
It's harder to do this, but I would do a serious assessment of your diet and work out if you're lacking in anything. If you need to, speak to your doctor, get your bloods done and work out specifically what you need to add in.
Get full bloods done for all your vitamin levels and work out from there what you need. Ask the chemist also.
I love my naturopath. She picked up on my B12 deficiency before the GP and bloods did. If you can afford it I would book in with someone who works with natural health/vitamins all the time :)
