I’m a first time mum. My partner has 4 other children. He is constantly making me feel like I make bad decisions concerning our baby. He seems to be so perfect and knowledgeable but doesn’t really take in much when it comes to bub. I do everything. He’s changed 2 nappies in 6 months. I already feel like I don’t know what I’m doing and he makes me feel like I’m a bad mother.
Advice please I don’t know what to do 😢

I think you should find a local mothers group and find some support. I think you should also have a raw conversation about how you feel.
Hormones are horrible and can make things feel a lot bigger than what they are. Remember to breath, and that your going a great job!
So two things. If he has four and it's your first he SHOULD be understanding - we all know how hard first is.
Second - also because it's your first, he SHOULD be supportive. We all know about pnd and just how scary and stressful it all is, he should not be putting you down.
It also bothers me that he's running his mouth with this negative commentary while actually you're doing the labour.
Time to start setting clear boundaries about your expectations of a partner. The way you'll accept being spoken to. The kind of team you'll be in and the kind you won't.
Tell him to PO!!!
