No judgement please distructive 12 yr old

please no judgement I am struggling as it is I really need help and I feel I am getting judged everywhere I go.

my 12 yr old daughter has been in and out of mental health for 9 years because of behavioural issues and she has been tried on a few different medications although some seem to work some don't.
she has behavioural issues to the point she feels she is boss at home and causing a lot of tension I don't know how to inforce anything I have tried many things and no one is helping me or talking to me like an adult.

also another few issue is at the moment she is running havoc at school nobody understands her they don't listen to me and recently found she has ADHD asd and possibly OCD now there are a lot of issues but one is huge she gets intrusive thoughts and they are significant she knows their not real and says she won't act on them but there are a couple she is making accusations and threatened to tell people lies and says she knows they are lies but it could hurt people not physically but mentally and I feel by like I am running around in circles and I'm worried.

please any advice will be helpful

There should be a youth mental health acute care team in your state, I urge you to give them a call asap

I wish I had some magic solutions for you, unfortunately I don’t. Some kids are just complicated, and it’s hard because you’ve just got to get through it.
When we have kids this isn’t what we assumed we were signing up for. Kids with mental health and medical issues ‘happen to someone else’.
Regular parenting doesn’t = child with no issues and people think therapy will fix things, it can help, but it isn’t a cure.
I’ve got a complicated child (now and adult) myself. The tween/teen years were the WORST because puberty exacerbated everything.
What’s helped? Some therapy, some trial and error, some medication. Sometimes something worked for awhile and then didn’t etc.
What got me through it? A Facebook group for parents in a similar position, and therapy for me.
I can now tell you my son is stable, not ‘normal’ but that’s ok.

It may be time to see a psychologist. I honesty feel alot more is going on. Why are they not looking into bipolar by now, borderline personality, reactive attachment, schizophrenia? Not be ignored, raise your voice if u have too. Get in door security cameras, record and show drs.

Just to add to this commenters comment, I suggest recording her (voice and/or video) to show the doctors. I have started doing this with my child so 1. I don't forget to tell them things, and 2. My child makes out they're okay to the docs because they're scared of going back to hospital despite us telling them that we will do everything to avoid that happening
