I've had a rotten feeling in my stomach for a few days... feels and looks fat, feels like I need to go to the toliet, just plain yuck. I've never been bloated before but I'm thinking that's what it is.
So I'm wondering what is a good way to ease it or I'd love a good detox if that really is a thing?? I'm not sure, I've never done one!

Cut carbs. A bit of water fasting. You'll feel brand new. If it doesn't fix it, is be going for a checkup.
Wow. I get bloated every time I have my period. I envy you! I'd be making a trip to your Dr. It could be a number of things.
Not to scare you but go get checked with your Dr to rule out any nasties seen as though this is new for you.
As someone with a multitude of GI/bloating issues I will tell you right now that products that are marketed as a "detox" are a complete gimmick. At best, you're getting a really expensive laxative.
Truthfully, you sound constipated. Plenty of water, increased fibre intake and light activity like walking is your friend.
If your symptoms persist longer than a week, see your GP. I also suggest you don't use any over the counter laxatives without doctors advice, it's really easy to become reliant on laxatives to get the bowel moving.
