Changing day cares

Good afternoon,
I've recently taking my two kids out of full day daycare. Because we were in financial difficulties. I am now paying them off fortnight. But now that my partner has taken up and second job so now works 7 days aweek we can now put them into a family daycare which is much more cheaper then the one we had them in. My question is to get a child care sub I'll need to do the registration for the new one will our old day care hold me from. Registering our kids with a new day care even of I'm on payment plan for them?
